on ur PC right click on your image runner go to printer proprieties go to preferences go to default paper size and choose your required size.

Change your drum and clean the developer unit.

delivery sensor problem

Select the paper source(paper tray) on the computer,select paper size.

Have you checked the telephone line first? Make sure that the telephone line works normally before you check the fax machine.

Image Runner 3300 or (iR3300) copiers do not come with print/scan OPTIONS installed. These functions must be enabled by installing the correct 'kit'....same with fax option...again, these were 'options' when this machine was introduced, no print, scan, fax,...unless options were added to it. Yes, the buttons are there, however.....

How do you mean with two fax lines.On copier can be only one fax line, and connected to "L" slot.
