Here at home where I reside we have an old school thermostat that has the mercury bulb that acts like a sensor, and in other cases it could just be as easy as replacing the batteries in the unit itself, usually a lid that hides them, sometimes it works

make sure power is off before working on the fan wiring ..(trip circuit breaker)
here is what the house wires are
1. black is hot (power) all the time .. its normally connected to the black wire of the fans speed control switch .. that is normally operated by a pull chain ..
2. red is the same power as black except it comes from a wall switch .. this would be connected to the blue wire in the fan (that goes to its light) .. that will allow you to turn the light on an off from the wall switch ..
3. white is neutral .. it connects to both white wires inside the fan .. one goes to the fan the other goes to the light. .. if there is more than one light bulb then there will be more white wires .. hook them all together and to the white house wiring ..
4 then there is safety ground .. usually green or bare copper ... that is connnected to either a green wire inside the fan or bolted to the metal of the fan (often a green bolt is provided) .. the green wire is not required for the fan to run but is required as a safety to make sure no one gets shocked on the fans metal parts ..
after you wire the fan ..then turn on the wall switch .. if the light doesnt light then pull its pull chain until it does .. you can then tie up or remove that chain to prevent anyone from changing that position since you can now control the light from the wall switch you dont need that chain anymore .. the fan should come on slow med and high then off .. each time you pull its chain ..
may be there is a problem in instaling the game. try out aftre re instaling it. otherwise try to use a different kind of wall paper on the walls in build mode
Just fixed this problem tonight. Had the 5 blink/flash thing. Opened it up and saw that the motor wasn't spinning so it wasn't a bad rpm sensor. Jumped the red to black and then the blue to black to verify motor worked. At that point assumed it was the logic board not telling the motor to start, but I could hear the click of the relay. Pulled the logic board out and noticed a solder joint that had failed directly behind one of the relays. Resoldered that joint and the garage door opener worked again like a dream. Hope that helps someone else.
Yesterday I also got the same problem on Samsung DUOS SGH-D780! I found temporary solution how to drop this error message and run the phone normally, but after next reboot it often become again. I will ask Samsung tech. support about this, but now here is the emergency solution:
1. Turn OFF the phone (by removing the battery) 2. Move out all the SIM cards from the phone 3. Insert the battery again (BUT DON'T TURN ON THE PHONE, just insert the battery) 4. Insert a charging cable into the phone and insert the adapter in wall outlet
(then I see the loading screen for the short time and after that CHARGING icon appears)
5. After that turn ON the phone. It will start in no-sim mode. 6. Turn OFF the phone 7. Remove battery, insert SIM-cards, insert the battery. 8. Turn ON the phone
After that it gonna be work good until next reloading...
