Wow, that sounds bad. EA prints the access codes on the manuals and I think each game disc has it's own code. If you registered the games you might be able to contact EA and recover the codes or get new ones.
Have you tried using a code from another game disc? It probably won't work but it won't hurt to try. I have double deluxe and most expansions.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

I dont believe so because when you install your games it asks for that fourth disk
