Then you get this picture where you are asked to provide both ID and password. Click on forgot Apple ID or password up comes another screen that helps you find
your ID and a password

you go to apple id account page and then you click on forgot password or apple id and then you enter you apple id

If you forgot your Apple ID, click "Forgot your Apple ID?" and follow the instructions.
