I have a Develop Ineo+ 360. (Basically the same as a Konica Minolta bizhub C360) I can see the printer on the network and can access the administrator settings from the network. When I send a print job to the printer, the blue light on the console flashes, but the printer doesn't print. Network settings are fine (from what I see). I have reloaded the firmware and I have formatted the HDD. I have gone through all of the administrator settings and can't see what else should change so that I can get the network printing working again. It was working fine last week but isn't working now. Also - the copier and scanner functions work properly. I can copy or scan. I can access the user boxes over the network as well and can retrieve scanned jobs. Anyone know what problem I might have?
Are the paper tray matching the print driver selections what PAPER DRAW settings?? what are the print driver settings?
are the paper weights properly matching? what does the screen say when you send a print job to the copier?

Unless you are scanning to e-mail in which case you will need to put in the SMTP mail server settings into the admin section of your network settings.

Change the status to "Online". Sounds crazy, but most likely you print driver is set to enable "SNMP" on the port settings. Disbale this setting in the print driver, also set print Queue to "LPR" and name the LPR queue as "printer". Make sure there are no jobs int he queue when you change the port settings.

resolved the problem by calling out a technician. The problem was the firmware for the machine had corrupted somehow. the technician reloaded the firmware and then the machine worked perfectly.
