Power ON machine by pressing Utility Button.
and hold for 15 to 20 seconds.

Touch TROUBLERESET once appear.
now restart machine from main Power which is under Toner Door

Take the toner bottle out. Then you will need to remove several cover to gain access to the sensor way in the back of the where the toner bottle goes and clean that sensor. might even need replacing.

Press Meter count
Press details & then hit stop , 0, 0 ,stop ,0 ,1
Gets you into service mode----

Sir, draw release is in the back power off the machine and stick a thin screw driver in the hole(Located behind the big draw) to release the large capacity draw!

memory is missing might have been removed or the the memory is not seated properly, Or it is bad worse case the board the memory is on is bad$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

actually code c28xx have 7 variant. for example, c2801, c2802, c2803 (error 3,4,5,6) and c2804. if follow the code code c28xx is TCR output abnormality.
ok, first you clean T/S block, do servicing and cleaning all parts.
second, if still same, do toner auto supply.
third, trouble reset. off your machine first, press and hold utility/counter and on machine, until trouble reset appear. press it and off/on again. ^^,

Maybe the power it's not correct.Try to reset hold utility key and power on hold the utility and on screen will be show the ikon trouble reset push it and will show ok power of and on again

Open doors where toner is located.
Deep in the left cavity, you should find a brown unit in which the staple cartridge is located.
Carefully slide the unit towards you and when it reaches the edge, you can gently lift the blue handle and remove the empty cartridge.
Press each side and the spring will lift allowing you to remove the empty white cardboard staple holder. The arrows are to point away from the blue handle.
