Bios updates are dangerous because losing power can result in a dead mo bo. All U can do now is try to get another loaded bios chip for your motherboard.
its quite complicated as you have various busses you have to also control the speed of, you would want to keep your hypertransport speed at around its initial speed be it 2000/2500/3000 same with your memory speed, 1333/1600/2066, say your memory speed is 1600 and your HT speed is 3000 Id suggest setting them a notch slower as they will rise back up as you increase your bus speed because if you do not your system will become unstable early, any other information you need you will have to google it, each overclock is different from the next as no two processors are alike, regardless of their model, no two 3ghz cpu's will make it to 4ghz, some will go 4.6ghz some will only make it to 3.6
I went to MSI website and found manual, downloads, support: http://us.msi.com/product/mb/A78ME35.html#/?div=Manual
I am assuming your problem is changes you made in configuration, and need to reset. You should be able to find info here. I hope this is helpful.
Look in your computer manual for that B4 system code, it may tell you what the problem is.
Reality check.... this problem is far too complex for this forum. You need a dedicated computer help forum (free). Try this: www.suggest-a-fix.com
Good techs there.
AMI BIOS: 1 beep - System boot successfull *1beep - Refresh failure - (NO VIDEO) memory refresh failure (bad memory) 2 beeps - Parity error - bad memory
As it is a Memory problem, the first thing to do is gently remove the memory chips (there maybe 2) and firmly re-insert them, to make sure there is a good contact.
If it still Beeps on re-Booting, then you need to go to a supplier to get them tested, or re-placed.
One way of fixing it is by getting a netword card if u you are pretty sure dat the problem is with you mobo LAN port... The NIC/LAN card is very cheap .....
