Did you follow Section 9 about fully charging the battery, pressing and holding the button?

I turn on my razor E300 the lights comes on to say its on but dont work i plug my charger in and on the chager the green light comes on saying its full charged what could b the prblem ?

The green light will come on if the charger does not sense a low battery. In other words, if you plug it into the wall, and not the scooter, it will still show the green light. It will only show a low charge (and charge the battery) if it is completely connected completing the circuit. My guess is that the battery is dead, and the plug is not all the way connected. Also, I believe the scooter has to be turned off to charge.

The light is green on charger but the controls will not light up unless it is plugged in

When the charger light stays green when you plug it in it means the charger is not actually charging. Either the batteries are bad and will not take a charge anymore or the charger is not operating correctly. It sounds more like a battery issue. The battery voltage needs to be measured on each battery with a volt meter. If the voltage is less than 10 volts on either battery they both will need to be replaced.

My guess is the batteries have gone bad. They only last about a year before they need to be replaced. You can buy them fairly cheap off of Ebay.

Well this post was done a long time ago, seems like you have a bad battery. you should see 24vdc. The batteries are in parallel so it adds up to 24 volts. If one of them is dead it would only show 12vdc.

Batteries don't charge. I have a new battery, and neither of the old or new batteries work in the charger. I get flashing lights only, sometimes red, sometimes green, but in the end, the battery isn't...

Dust getting in the charger is a problem, Try blowing it out with a moisture-free dust remover, found at most any store. Green flashing means improper power, due to dust or power from the outlet, try a differant wall outlet. Red flashing means the charger or battery is to hot and must cool down before it will charge. The charger will not charge a battery if the lights are flashing. Solid Red light means it is charging and solid green light means it is charged. Plug the charger in first before putting the battery on the charger. If the charger has been droped or hit the floor the coil inside could have broke loose and dammaged the charger requiring it to be replaced.
