Sir/Mam,
Power off the machine. Then remove the toner bottle, be careful the hole might be on the bottom and the toner is going to go everywhere. Then close the toner cover and turn on the machine. Let the machine go through it normal routine. When it asks for toner install the toner bottle correctly. If THE KNUB on the side of the bottle is damage put a new one in. That KNUB is what the toner motor uses to turn the bottle, if it damaged you get a code. If that does not work, you might have a bad motor or the home sensor or actuator for the toner bottle is bad worse case the control board is bad.
The waste toner collection box is located before the imaging unit, open the front door observ a black box, pull out and clean very very good, because in rear part of box is located one transparent window,if is not clean after assambled the box a copier say waste toner box full.
Using the correct toner bottle not a EP2010 bottle or biz hub toner bottle, make sure using the correct bottle, if correct bottle turn the machine off remove the toner bottle turn the machine on without the bottle in it. let the machine do its thing when it ask for toner install the bottle correctly. if the nub on the bottle is damaged then get a new one that is what the toner bottle motor uses to turn the bottle if it is damaged its clicking because its trying to turn the bottle.
To replace the waste toner box, open the front door above the paper drawers. The waste toner box is on the left hand side (usually). Your supplier should have supplied an extra waste toner box. Slide out the 'full' toner box. Replace with an empty one. This should register that you have installed an empty waste toner box. If not, turn off the copier and after a minute or two, turn on the coper again.
[If you want to be environmental friendly, the toner box has a small slide cover approximately 1-2cm long (usually on the upper face at the rear as you remove it).
Place this end in a plastic bag, slide open this 'cover' and rotate the toner box 180° so this is facing down. Care needs to be taken to prevent the 'waste toner' from flying everywhere.
Gently agitate the box until all the waste toner (a grey color) has spilled out. (Approximately 600-800gms) Carefully seal the bag and dispose. An industrial vacuum cleaner can be used to remove the residual toner, clean down the waste toner box with a soft rag and it is ready to re-use.]
Your waste toner bottle is full. On the right hand side of the machine, at the very back and to the bottom you will se a panel about 12 -14 inches high and 5 inches wide. This is held in by 1 or 2 screws - remove this cover and you will se the waste toner bottle - empty it carefully. Also, you may need to go into service mode to reset the waste toner count - but this counter only alerts the user to get the botle changed. To enter service mode press the 'head' key the 2 and 8 together, then the head key again quickly. Then select 'counter' from the top right tab - then select MISC i think - look for WASTE TNR and select it and press the 'C' button from the keypad. This will reset the count and you will see on the right what the count is currently set to. It may be in one of the other 2 options : DRBL 1 or DRBL 2. Once you've done this turn the machine of then on again.
