My 7" zeepad tablet wouldn't come on today when it finally did it was in Japanese...I tried to restore it to factory thinking that would switch back to the way it was when I received it...but that didn't work. I don't want to ship it back but since I've only had it a week. Can you help me get it back to English please.

To change the language back to English on your Zeepad tablet, try the following:
1) Tap the Settings icon (in some versions, it is a square icon with blue lines, in others, it looks like a small gear).
2) Scroll up and tap the "Language & input" icon (a square icon with the A letter).
3) Now, tap the "Language" selection (the topmost one)
4) Tap on "English (your country)" and then tap the arrow to go back.
