I have a Zenith concierge h2735dt when conect the tv to AC I hear a speaker sound, tuc tuc tuc. I check the power suply but all is ok. Meavy a short circuit or something like that. Can you help me please?

You have to purchase the master remote from Zenith or a hotel supply company. This is the only way to gain access to programming the concierge. The remote is currently $24.99.

If there are no chasis numbers on the outside you may want to open the cast and check for numbers there. Then you might be able to google the number and find a manual. some TV's willl enter the menu or rest by pushing two buttons at once on the set. This could change your channel selection however.
