tis error means abnormal tonder density in the balck image unit take the blacke image unit out and shake it while holding it level and put it back in the machine to reset the error code leave the machine on and open then close the front door

As the Installation Manual and Imaging Unit replacement instructions mention, pay close attention to shaking the Imaging unit properly to level the toner and also keeping the Imaging unit level when installing it into the machine

C 2554 Abnormally high toner density detected Magenta TCR sensor.
Clean the TCR sensor window on the underside of the imaging unit if dirty,reinstall imaging unit or change imaging unit.

TROUBLE RESET

FIRST, If this code comes back. Have a technician look at it DO NOT CONTINUE TO RESET the code!!!! AS this is for the Hot Part called the FUSER. It can catch on fire! And that will ruin a perfectly good day!!!!
1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.

• TC ratio in the developing machine, which is determined by toner replenishing amount control mechanism, is 11 % or more for a given number of times consecutively. • When the connector of the TCR sensor is disconnected.

1 Reinstall imaging unit. 2 Reinstall toner cartridge. 3 M3, M4 operation check (At this time, IU must be non-installation.). 4 Change imaging unit. 5 Change PRCB
