We got this tablet back in October and I have tried to contact irulu customer support but it is all shut down.... The tablet is basically brand new and it wont charge. There for a while it would try and charge, but then it would just go black because it was deader than a doornail. Please help or get me a good number to where I can call them and have them send me a new table. Thanks,

you have to reset the tablet to factory conditions. i was at my wits end before i did this. o stay away from opera, firefox, and chrome there are other browsers
