My outdoor temp is slowing almost 10 degrees warmer than actual temp outside. What is problem.

You are using a wireless system that transmits signals between the outdoor sensor and the indoor receiver. They are not a perfect match. You cannot make adjustments, thus if your lucky, the factory matched up the devices prior to the sale. You may contact Lacrosse for a replacement outdoor temperature device.

I have a icom ic-v8000 not transmitting or receving there is no short voltage everything looks perfect. when you key the hand held microphone all you hear is tweet, tweet, tweet......

The IC-V8000 is a high power (75 watts) 2 metre radio, it will draw about 15 amps on transmit. Also you might want to make sure your antenna SWR is low about 1.5:1. If you are not receiving anything at all I suspect you may have an antenna issue and this will also effect your transmit as well as the radio will protect its self by reducing the output to almost nothing if the antenna has a high SWR. If you don't have an antenna analyzer check with another amateur radio operator they may know someone who does. Your local amateur radio club most likely will have someone who help you solving your antenna problem.

We have a GE model 27GT618 and just get snow. Our satelite company said the set up components are wrong. Where or how can we find out what they should be?

Hello
Snow on screen denotes there is video signal coming. But, if tuner has some trouble, video signals will not be processed well. Just connect your TV with and external antenna, and retune it to get on-air transmitting channels, and see whether it receves them well or not. If it receives them, your TV is perfect and satellite receiver or any or their devices are faulty. If your TV doesn't recieve the transmitted signals well, the tuner inside your TV is faulty, and should be replaced with same type and number. To replace it, you have to open your TV and must have desoldering and soldernig iron, and a concept of soldering. OK

I'm using d-link dwl-3200 ap ( three) Received Frame FCS Error Counts indicate a problem? ___________________________________________ WLAN 802.11G Traffic Statistics Throughput Transmit...

Transmitted Error Count 4734440

Ack Rcv failure Count 15269951

  • As per the above there are error on Transmitting the packet and also for receiving the acknowledge packet.
  • Please check whether any disturbance in the link
  • Each PPP packet has a checksum attached to ensure that the data being received is the data being sent. If the FCS of an incoming packet is incorrect, the packet is dropped and the HDLC FCS count is increased.
  • Another reason for seeing too many FCS errors may be that the remote end has stopped talking PPP.

Receiving the sound but no picture on digital TV channels

If you are trying to watch HD TV through the tv and you are only getting sound, it is most likely because you would need an High Definition cable box. Hope it helps
