Movado stops when not worn

It is likely you need to take it to be repaired.
There is some small piece of metal or grease that clutches when the watch is in your wrist.

A good watch repair service will do the job.

Timex electric watc will only tick for few seconds when shaken

Battery watches don't normally restart with a shake unless the warmth of you hand has squeezed a little more of a reaction out of the cell. Are you absolutely sure its electric? they don't normally tick as such. If you turn the winder when pushed in is ther resistance one way and clicking ratchet the other? if so you have a mechanical watch if not you probably have a battery watch that needs a new battery.

Omega Seamaster

This is probably a hand adjustment issue. The hands sit on the center post, or pinion. If they get bumped or shaken they can get out of place. You will need to go to a watch marker or tech to get an exact cause of problem. Try Fastfix or a Mom and Pop store with someone on staff who can look at it.

Stops after i take it off, I have to shake it to get it going again, problem is intermittent, I have no clue...

Your watch is self winding and will run down (if fully wound) for about 2 days.

This type of watch thrives on use and if not used will stop. To avoid having to re-wind by shaking, it should be worn every day.

(Some makers say that to full wind up their self winding watches, they need to be shaken (gently) aboiut 200 times).

Breitling has a weird noise when shaken (sounds mechanical) and seconds hand wont work (usually it does if you move watch)

Sounds pretty serious!

The most likely thing to go wrong is the balance wheel has become dislodged. The most likely cause of this is being dropped onto ahard surface.

It needs to go to a Brietling dealer for repair.

Me1008 watch rattles when shaken and has stopped working any suggestions?

It must be taken to a watch repairer.

If there is anything loose inside then it is bad news. Have you dropped it?

Noisey Explorer 2,

The noise and the vibration is coming from the winding rotor loose axle. There can be two causes for it:
1) the rotor axle, bridge and setting (fixing) spring is getting loose. This will be quite easy repair as all it takes is to tighten all screws and replace or tighten setting spring.
2) rotor axle is worn, so, consequently the bridge and the setting spring as well. In this case the rotor axle must be replaced by the new one and re-bushed into the bridge and the new setting spring must be fitted. This takes quite a lot of work and new parts as well.
Can not tell you about the costs, but Rolex repairs has never been cheap. In the U.K.about a year ago I did the repairs as described in chapter 2 and customer was charged £195.00, parts inclusive, and it was cheap by the Rolex standards.
Do not forget to rate, please.
