U410 screen white

You have a screen saver of some kind in operation. It's normal. But it can be adjusted to your personal settings. Just go to the settings and screen saver options.

You can e-mail them to yourself. Just enter your email as the address.

Otherwise you will need to buy a USB cable for the phone that will connect to your computer to get the files off the phone.

go to tone setting and turn off vibrate setting

there might be a moisture damage on the phone. the reason why it is malfunctioning

bring it to verizon

the lcd needs to be replaced on th phone, so you will neeed to take it to a mobile service center and have them replaced it for you.

By default press 0000 or try 1234 if not worked or send me your IMEI code.
