unless you have a jumper to undo the password for the Bios, you simply need to remember the password, period. Some systems have a generic back-door password for the bios like dell could be dell or inspiron etc. you can google bios back door passwords
Hi Doug Cleland!, if you JUST want to clear your BIOS password because you forgot it and cant login on your PC / cannot book if you set a bios pass before boot it is quite simple ;-))
on the motherboard is a small metal batteire (looks like a button)! just carefully remove the battery, unplug the powercord from the motherboard and from the PC end! wait 10minutes and before you do wait also press the POWER ON button -> this will remove the Rest voltage from your motherboard. after like 10mins you should put in back the battery then reconnect all power cables and just turn it on and i will be sure that the BIOS password is deleted because your pc STARTS with DEFAULT settings (is no pass set)

if you do not have the bios password you have to open it ..and clear bios by short the pins if you find them...or remove the bios battery for 10 seconds..and will be on factory optimal defolts
