I HAVE A GOLDEN ALANTE' AND THERE IS A LITTLE LIGHT THAT IS FLASHING 6 TIMES ?????? WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Look under the floormat it will tell you your problem by how many beeps

Depending on your joystick that is either a right brake fault or a controller fault. Try turning it off, pull both brakes out of and back into drive mode and then turn it back on. If that doesn't fix it then you may need to get a tech out there to look into it.

Lights on charger is showing green when it should show red and the lights on the chair is flashing at 7 flash intervals. Will not run. What do you think?

well a 7 flash is a remote fault check to make sure joystick is connected properly,or contact dealer

If you cannot reach local Technical support, Contact Golden Technologies at 800-624-6374 for assistance. Was the power chair working, then stopped? Are there any flashing lights? Have you charged the battery?

My father has a 2005 Golden Alante power chair. When the chair is going in slow speed, especially while turning, there is a heavy vibration or throbbing. It's hard to tell which side it is coming from. Any...

mcdevito75 here, It could be both or something loose, contact the chair manufacturer for repairs, or any surgicall supply outlet.
