Getting engine power supply erratic message - Jada Option D Kenworth T2000 Truck Trailer

Could just be a noisy power supply or a poor ground plane.

Yes, the engine is being overfuled if blowing black smoke. Possible internal leak of fuel pressure regulator. Possible sticking/stuck EGR valve. Possible computer supplying more fuel due to a sensor supplying false information. A scan tool will be required to determine if one or more sensors is supplying erratic info

the cpu and engine management in cars is being constantly checked the same as your pc. It there are sensors that go outside set parameters ie temp speed crank timing the computer see these as possible engine failures and shuts down before major damage can be done. In you case if the vehicle runs as it should then the fault may have been simply a computer glitch ( same as your pc) that was corrected by the cpu on restarting. Be aware for a while of any unusual occurrences and have them checked out immediately.

You should at least get a cylinder compression test if it feels weaker than normal.Did it suddenly occur or was it gradual?By running erratically,would you please describe it a little more before getting the compression test?Misfiring,weak power,or what exactly is going on?Thanks Greg.

This could be due to 3 reasons
1 - RAM is corrupt,
2 - Power supply is erratic
3 - OS is corrupt

Solution
1 - Change RAM card and verify
2 - Check power supply
3 - run a checkdisk to verify OS, re-install / repair OS

Speed sensor light, do you mean check engine light? I'm a retired (2004) Ford dealer tech and I have no memory of any light called a speed sensor light.

Please disconnect the hard drive and check it .If still not power on then SMPS is faulty get it repair or replaced.

if the touchpad is working fine with the battery and if it is not working with the ac adaptor then in this case u can try with the different ac adaptor and still if it does the same thing then uninstall and resintall the toouchpad driver and restart the computer and still if it does so with the ac adaptor then u need to open the laptop chasis and then u need to fix up the power supply connector in the motherboard where the power supply from the ac adaptor is not getting the adequate response from motherboard.

I don't know what you are using to check the caps but in order to find the culprits, it's almost mandatory to have an instrument that will measure both capacitance and dissipation factor (DF) since that is what is killing most of our modern electronics.
If you don't find any caps pregnant or leaking deposits and plan on shotgunning it, I'd start with those with values between 4.7 & 100uFd as these are the most common failures and mostly in feedback paths and are lower voltages.

yeah the problem maybe that ur power supply is not correct u should drop it off at 10 aston drive bulwell we have the correct supply!!
