Philips CDR 795 Power Supply Problem
I don't know what you are using to check the caps but in order to find the culprits, it's almost mandatory to have an instrument that will measure both capacitance and dissipation factor (DF) since that is what is killing most of our modern electronics.
If you don't find any caps pregnant or leaking deposits and plan on shotgunning it, I'd start with those with values between 4.7 & 100uFd as these are the most common failures and mostly in feedback paths and are lower voltages.
