I turn on my piano and it starts loading. Once all the loading lights are lit, it freezes. All the screen says is, "Please wait..." Nothing I do seems to help. I've left it on for a full hour, nothing. I've tried resetting it, nothing. Unplugging, button clicking, leaving it alone, nothing is working! I don't know what to do. Piano is my passion, and if I can't play, I wouldn't know what to do!

Hiya,
I had the exact same problem and the piano is brand new! I considered the possibility of the above answer as I had plugged it in via a power cable (it was missing the 3 pin UK plug) and it was also plugged into a power strip. My dad also looked at it and couldn't see why this should cause it...but I tried the different combinations anyway...including with the proper 3 pin plug attached to the adaptor (when it arrived in the post), rather than a power cable. This was the result:
Power cable +power strip = piano froze
Power cable (straight into wall) = piano froze
Proper 3 pin plug supplied + power strip= piano froze
Proper 3 pin plug (straight into wall)= piano froze!!!!
So....in answer to your question...I'd say there's something wrong with the piano! If not, it should've worked for me on the correct combination. :I I will now be returning mine. I worry what the cause is though considering my piano is brand new....and therefore is this a fault that regularly occurs with Casio privias? I don't want to spend this much money on one if it's going to do this eventually.

The keyboard has a mic jack that is the same size as the headphones. You probably put the headphone plug into the wrong jack is all.

I think you mean an XE-A101. Try turning the key to REG mode, take one battery out, turn off at wall for 10 minutes, turn on at wall. Put battery back in. NOTE you will lose any sales in the machine.
If this doesn't work, then it is usually a keyboard or printer problem.

My AP-620 has a pedal problem too... it sticks and I keep hearing the music I play ring out after the pedal is relaesed

Test the adapter with a meter... Most probable cause is a bad power connector. Often the solder at the input power connector breaks loose is only problem. If you are not electronically adept, best to take it to a shop.
