You can either program one of the buttons for this task, or use Feature 70. Find more info in user manual: Nortel networks phone manual t7208
This is usually programmed as one of the 'soft' buttons down the right hand side of the device - subject to the programming of your phone / and the system.
Usually the T7208 is connected to the BCM range of PBX systems - in which case, to transfer a call, you'd use Feature 70. You could, of course, program this into one of the buttons yourself, so you only have to press one button to do so.
