Won't go into pairing mode no matter how long I hold the answer/end button. Yes, I start with the device powered down, hold the a/e button, blue light flashes every few seconds but never goes solid. Any ideas?

    Thanks

A friend gave me an old QFive bluetooth headset 2.0. He showed me how to pair it using another friends phone. But it didn't ask for a passkey. Now when I try to pair it with my Blackberry its asking for a...

Bluetooth headsets have their passkeys hardcoded by their manufacturers. The most common one is '0000' (four zeros). Other possible codes are '1234' and '8888'. Hope one of these codes might work for you. You see, I wrote a generic bluetooth pairing procedure some time ago. You can find it here. Maybe you find it to be useful, somehow. Please, let me know if I can help you any further. Regards, Carlos

I have the just wireless blue bt-35k2 headset and it stopped being recognized by my phone. When I tried to add it back I need a pass key and I can't find my manual.

To put the bt-35k2 headset in pairing mode, press the ON button but hold it down for about 6 seconds. Once detected, you'll be prompted for passkey; then use 0000. Pairing will complete once authenticated.

With the headset power off, press and hold
the Call button for 6 to 10 seconds until the
blue indicator light turns on and remains
steadily lit. (The light will flash while you

Your Phone

Select Motorola H300.

Press OK or Yes to pair (link) the handsfree
device.

Enter the passkey 0000 and press OK.
Note: Passkey cannot be changed
from 0000.
