This unit has been replaced by the 9130. It is possible that the original power cell is low in power or not charging to full capacity.

There are numerous fuses (rectifier, inverter, charger, battery) on the 9135 that are located internal to the unit and not readily accessible to the user. Generally a blown fuse is accompanied by another component failure which caused the fuse to blow in the first place. As a result, additional troubleshooting and testing is usually required to identify the root cause of the failure. This of course leads to soliciting the services of a technician who has access to the schematics, test equipment, and parts to initiate a repair.
