It has white screen becuase it may not be getting the 5vdc from the logic board to the T-CON board or the board has blown fuse.

Also look to see if power supply/logic bd had any bad caps also.

this is a common problem with the capacitor, try opening your monitor and see if there is a capacitor swalow like gonna blow... the capacitor has a form like a AA battery... if changing the capacitor the problem persist maybe is a problem with the board and you need to search if the board have continous power....

Try seting your dettings to 1024X768 and see if that solves your problem.

plz open it by using scrudriver then u will find the disply
there is disply conector u have ho clean up that connector by using petrol

The information comes on the same manual of the planar monitor d5015TM (see as medical monitor)

Known issue -- can get a replacement if still under warranty. The planar rma techs are really really nice.
