Unfortunately a Service Repair Manual doesn't appear to exist. Apart from replacing batteries, the rest is one motherboard and a screen.

User manuals are quite easy to acquire free from the manufacturer. Service manuals are generally not available. Google the particular thing you need to do (Ex: brand/model replace hard drive. If there is a repair issue you will need to Google the symptoms, then the procedure for fixing, and finally will need the knowledge/skill/tools to follow the procedure.

I see no mention of your model number or type of tablet you have. This is important information to find the manual.

Once you have that information, simply go to your manufacturers website under the service tab and search for your model number.

You need to restart google services.
Try re-booting, then try starting the program manually from settings, apps.
