How do you make the scroll wheel turn again?

Your wheel may be stuck because dirt has worked its way into the wheel.
I have 3 ideas--
1) Get a can of computer duster, and try blowing the dirt out from around the wheel, outside and inside edge.

2) Sansa Fuze user 'tenzip' suggests dipping the player, while turned off, in DISTILLED water, if you believe the wheel has something sticky and water-soluble-- THEN let it drain, THEN put the player in a bag of uncooked rice for up to a week. The rice will pull the rest of the water out of the player.

3) If 1) and 2) fail, you may want to try opening the player, disassembling and cleaning it, and then putting it back together. Directions with pictures can be found here;

Volume is very low

You should be able to turn up the volume by "turning" the big wheel clockwise. If the earphones you're using have a volume control, check that. Also, look in the Settings menu. Under System Settings there's a Volume settings which gives you the choice of "Normal" and "High."

If those don't bring up the volume, try a different set of earphones. If that doesn't do it, then your Fuze requires service.

Don't know how to adjust volume on sansa fuze player 8gb and how to turn off completely

While playing, you can adjust the volume by "turning" the command wheel. Turn it clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease.

To turn it off, slide the power switch (the same switch you use to turn it on) up (toward the display) and hold it for two seconds.

Sansa Fuze wont work with home stereo

The Sansa doesn't play music through the USB port. You can connect the Sansa to your stereo via the Sansa's headphone jack.
