You are not getting 240 volts to the heating elements. Go outside to the circuit breaker panel and find the circuit breaker for the range. It will be two breakers with their reset handles linked together so if one breaker trips so will the other. That's the part that isn't working correctly. Only one is tripped allowing the controls and lights to operate . Try manually resetting it. It most likely won't work, so you'll have to replace the circuit breaker.
First check the breakers at your house's breaker box. A tripped breaker will be a little bit away from on. Push it all the way off, and then back on. If it trips again, call an electrician.
If tripping and turning the circuit breaker off for about 10 minutes does not work, contact Frigidaire. Sounds like the control board and/or door switch will need replacing.
can you access the ignition module,if so try using one of the connections from the module that ignites a stove top burner and see if this line connected to the oven lights the oven now and doesn't throw the breaker, then you would know that section of the module is defective
Always check your fuse box first. Just because you have lights on or a display does not mean that one side of your breaker didn't trip. Next if this happened after a self clean then it usualy is the HI Temp cut off thermostat. most of the time it is located in the rear of the machine behind the cover.

I had a similar problem with my Kenmore and it was the Igniter. Cost me about $85.00 for a new one. Sometime on the back of the range there is a little pocket where sometimes a schematic is there and ( I don't know about your Frigidaire) but with my Kenmore it gave troubleshooting info that was very helpful in determining the problem.
check your breaker to see if it tripped, sometimes the breaker will trip and one or the other wont work.meaning the stove top or oven.also check and see if their are any breaks or burn spots in bake element and your broil element.
