You have to make a folder on you computer to scan to. You have to load the scanner file utility on the PC. You have to configure the scanner file utility with the path to that folder. You have to setup the scanner nic with a sender and a destination. The destination has to point to the PC running the scanner file utility by inputting the computer hostname or IP. The scanner nic can be configured with your web browser by putting the scanner nic IP in the address bar. You have to make sure your firewall is not blocking the file scanner utility. 4 Press the arrow down key to select Print Report.
5 Press the Enter key.
6 Press the arrow down key to select TX Transaction.
7 Press the Enter key.
8 Press the arrow down key to select when you want the report to print out.
The asterisk (*) in the message display indicates the current setting.
9 Press the Enter key. The setting for that report is complete.
> If you want to continue the setting procedure for other reports, repeat steps 6 - 9.
> If you want to perform other setting procedures, select End and then press the Enter key.
> If you are finished making settings, press the Reset key. The operation panel will return to the
initial mode settings.
