Usualy when this happens the problem is one of the switchs on the door lock has gone bad and is stuck closed. Replace the door lock and that will fix it.

GE Built In Wall oven JTP25SOH6SS wont completely shut off

The cooling fan will stay on for a long time after using the oven. It should shut off after a while. If it is running all night for instance there is a great possibility that a relay is stuck on the control board.

Eob5630w oven shutting down before set temp isreaced aprox 198c also cooling fan not comingon

The reason the oven is shutting down is because it is overheating due to the cooling fan not working, and a safety thermostat is turning the oven off.
You need to repair or replace the exterior cooling fan.

Fan won't shut off after oven cools down

Most fan ovens have a control sensor which allows tthe fan to operate even after you have turned the oven off to prevent overheating.

It sounds as if this sensor has stuck in the closed position thus leaving the fan running .

You will need to replace the fan control unit at the back of the oven.

My oven turns off on me after only a minute never heating up fully

Could be caused by either of following;

1. Faulty thermostat.
2. Faulty thermal cut out switch. (controls power to cooling fan).
3. Faulty cooling fan (not fan inside oven).

Test thermostat by setting thermostat to low temperature like 60 oC. If oven gets much hotter then its a faulty thermostat.
To test cooling fan and thermal switch take oven out and remove top or rear panels to expose components.
When oven gets hot the cooling fan should turn on. If it doesn't then check to see if there is a mains voltage present.
If mains current exist but fan is not turning then replace fan. If mains voltage is not present then its the thermal switch.

Built-in Electric Double Oven

The fan is controlled by a temperature sensitive switch. Apparently the switch is not shutting off when it should. It will have to be replaced. If you are not comfortable working around appliances, you will need to call a service technician. There is usually a set of maintenance instructions in the top of the oven. Check it out for any suggestions. Temperature switches can be purchased on line.
