Hi, I have LG lcd 32LH60YR , problem is no picture but when i switch on TV BLACK screen with no light but sound working , later on(after 2-3min )somelight working on screen with no picture but sound with 3horizontal line(one above and 2 bellow), alreasy LG service man tried to replace main board and smps AND backlight inverter but no luck now they told me to replace panel. ? please suggest me ..

Hi, I have a Samsung LN40A550 LCD TV which I have had for just over a year. ... It seems back light inverter board is not producing voltages to lit the back light inside lcd panel to show the picture on lcd screen.
Please replace back light inverter board to get tv fixed. Local tech will help you if you are not familiar with tv repair.

Your inverter are fried, need to replaced a new one. If you still under warranties asked LG to send you a replacement. Have a nice weekend!

I had the same exact problem.
I removed the bulb and cleaned it. There is a small screen at the top of the bulb and it was covered with dust. Once it was cleaned I replaced the bulb and it solved the problem.
