On the B&D homepage, http://www.blackanddecker.com/Default.aspx, there is a link at the top to register products. I'm not sure this counts towards warranty registration so be sure to read their instructions and requirements.
OK try going to Blacnanddeckercom and in the header you will find a link on the right hand side to register your new tool. Let me know if you need more assistance.
I finaly found a way to register the drill on the internet, I kind of blundered into it, so I got it registered. I don't think I could tell you how I did it. So I got it set up, I couldn't get ahold of any one on the phone either.
The website is good. Access it through blackanddecker.com. There it will prompt you for membership so you will exist in their system, and you can then register the product.
