Want to register warranty

On the B&D homepage, http://www.blackanddecker.com/Default.aspx, there is a link at the top to register products. I'm not sure this counts towards warranty registration so be sure to read their instructions and requirements.

I cannot get to registering my new cordless drill, should I take it back and buy another brand?

I finaly found a way to register the drill on the internet, I kind of blundered into it, so I got it registered. I don't think I could tell you how I did it. So I got it set up, I couldn't get ahold of any one on the phone either.

Unable to register

The website is good. Access it through blackanddecker.com. There it will prompt you for membership so you will exist in their system, and you can then register the product.
