Only half of a cup of coffee dispensed from Saeco Vienna

Recently, our Saeco Vienna Superautomatica has started only dispensing 1/2 of a cup (same size cup, same setting on the rotary dial). The machine is about 3 years old and has worked well until recently. We only use our water from a Rev. Osmosis system. I opened up the machine and looked inside. The water lines all looked good - I saw no mineral buildup. I checked as much as I could and everything looked OK. We actually take the brew group out and rinse it daily. I took it apart (not entirely) and cleaned it as well. Everything still works, but still only 1/2 a cup. I have thought about replacing the Flow Meter as that seems a logical next 'guess'. Oh, yes, changing the dial on the front seems to have little effect unless I turn it to a smaller amount and that seems to dispense a little less coffee, although it is not that noticeable. Any suggestions? Thanks!

The trouble is the pipe that goes to the water tank follow it its hook to a white plastic sensor go in that piece and come out that the level sensor that broken that the first thing and most likely broken if not the circuit board

Saeco Vienna coffee when the machine starts the coffee dispensing

Is it leaking only when brewing coffee ?

If not I would check the seal under the water tank (Part #NM05.006)

If so, I would check the following:

1- The water input port on the back of the brew unit (looks like a smoke pipe) might be clogged

2- The o-ring of the water tubes coming in and out of the boiler.

Saeco Vienna Superautomatica will not make a full cup of coffee

Hi,
I'm wondering if you had any luck solving this? After 3 years of great coffee, my machine is only making a 1/4 cup or so. All parts are clean. I'm guessing something on the circuit board that the dial is attached to....thanks!

Limited water output (saeco vienna superautomatica model year 04)

Could be 3 things. Pump, flow meter, or clogged boiler. Pump is a standard ulka pump, flow meters are bought only from saeco as well as boilers. If i had to guess.... If its a vienna black than i'd point to the flowmeter. If you get pressurized water out of the steam wand than its either the flow meter or the boiler. Pointing more towards the flow meter (u shaped white plastic part with in and out tubes.
