Had the same problem with the BT250v 'connected' to my Nokia 6021. When connected to my notebook, the 250 did produce sound, so decided the Nokia was the problem. Fixed the problem by doing a full reboot of the phone like this: Jabra: Turn off the 250 Phone: Delete the BT connection to the Jabra (in BT settings) Phone: Switch off BT Phone: Turned off the phone (I've even removed the battery) Phone: Turned on the phone Phone: Switch on BT Jabra: Turn on the 250 for detection Phone: Look for audio devices Phone: Connect to Jabra Problem fixed!
