We are here to try and help you.
Many people experience this because they do not have adobe flash installed on there computer. However you can go to www.youtube.com/html5 and install that. That will work for most pc without the flash installed.
Other issues could be you behind a firewall that prohibits you tube use.
Check with your Network administrator if that might be a issue as well.
Adobe flash can be found at www.adobe.com, download the current flash player and install it. you will need to restart your browser for this to take affect.

Do you have Flash installed? Install the latest from www.adobe.com

If your not using google chrome internet explorer or Firefox or seafare you should be! Also update your flash player that should fix it.

u need to have the latest browser and abobe flash installed to watch youtube content.

tools>Internet Options>security>custom security level>

The enable Run activeX controlls and plugins
