My chipper is throwing long chunks of unchipped wood
Either your blades are dull or the gap between the intake tray by the blades is too far or is rounded off. Many chippers have a plate on the intake by the blades that can be flipped around when it rounds off. Also some have a edge on the other side of the blade so it can be reversed and give you a fresh edge. Be sure to unplug the sparkplugs and remove the key when going into your chipper to ensure no one can start it when your in it. There is usually a lock bar to keep the blades from moving.
