Your 2002 Model Smoker has been discontinued. However. a manual may still be available by calling
Char-Broil Customer Support 1-866-239-6777.

I'm not sure this is the same model you have, but it's the only one Charbroil now makes. In any case, most vertical charcoal smokers work the same way.

Does anyone know what the thermostat should read when smoking a brisket on the electric Char Broil H2O smoker??

any whitegoods store will have this type of cord, just check what brand not what year...

It appears the thermostat and power cord are one unit on your smoker. The part number is 29001299 and can be purchased at the following link. I hope this helps.
