Sony Ericsson W20i zylo

I have no sound on incoming call.I cant hear the one calling me. They can hear me though . Hands free works fine, speaker phone works fine. It is only the actual phone that is totally off? Any thoughts? Might be an easy solution that I have missed but right now im stuck. And The endcall button is not working when i Slide it PLEASE! HELP Me

Sorry but my problem is my w20i is experiencing difficulties Im having a Slide Problem i have no sound on incoming call. but it works when it is on loudspeaker then my menu button wont work properly it is misbehaving it only works when it is not slide Please Help me ...

I can't hear voice of others while receiving calls normally, though the speaker and handsfree works fine.

The problem is with your software through which the mobile is working..

Try using it in an hands free mode or speaker mode, if it works then it is software problem.

This was the problem in my nokia and after a software reset by flashing the mobile.After that i was all set to use my mobile hassle free.
