Question about Konica Minolta bizhub 350 All-In-One Laser Printer
We just had a Bizhub C353 installed last week and the tech has not been able to get the scan to email service to work. They copied the settings from an old printer with works but the Bizhub doesn't work it fails Authorization.
When you say the bizhub fails Authorization, do you menat it fails Athentication?
If so, and I pressume your technician knows what he's doing, you have an issue with a password. I suggest you create an address for the bizhub on your email server and then re-setup the scanning to email credentials via the web browser direct to the machine.
