Stylus Pen Replacement for Leapfrog Junior explorer Globe

Hi i have a damaged stylus pen for the above and would like to order a new one. please advise where i can purchase this.

    The wires on the pen became exposed and stopped working. I want to order a replacement, however not finding where to order. Did you find a site to order a replacement?

    The stylus pen on our junior explorer globe is quite possessed. It would work for a while but once you move the entire toy the pen would stop working. There is a 1-800-701-5327 on the bottom. I will try to get in touch with them Eastern Time.

    I call the leapfrog company and they said they don't have any pen replacement beacuse this globe has been discountined. So anyone would know where I can find a replacement? Thank you!

Leap frog globe pen replacement
The leapfrog webpage gives this info for getting replacement pens:
"If the pen was physically damaged (your dog chewed it, your child ripped the cord, etc.) the replacement cost is $5 to cover shipping and handling. There is no need to send the damaged pen back in this case. Simply call our Consumer Services center at 1-800-701-5327 to order a new pen."
