We do not get email, we cannot send email, we cannot access the restore points to possibly correct the problem. We get error messages that say ''windows internet explorer script error-line 2-char7210-error in loading dll-code0 We now get our email at our msn address, but it comes via Hotmail.
Internet explorer 8 and below, windows XP, micrsoft security essentials, stopped being supported by Microsoft on April 8, 2014. that means those programs and versions running under XP would no longer get updates, patches or fixes. eventually mail programs for that use those programs will not work. there was warnings emailed to all users of these months before support was dropped. You must realize that eventually XP will not work at all and your computer will stop also.
you must upgrade to MS Vista or newer versions of Windows, IE 9 or newer or just by a new computer which uses Windows 7 or 8.1.
Some file in the system are corrupted probably by some mal-ware or some virus. do u have any anti-virus installed on your computer?
what i can suggest you is try accessing your e-mail from other browsers like Mozilla firefox or safari. or you can try reinstalling the internet explorer.
