Blinking 9 and display are not show
If there is no display showing at all you may want to reset the CMOS of your motherboard. to do this try undoing the ram panel from underneath the computer. make sure the computer is turned off and the battery unplugged. remove the ram, turn the computer on and you should hear some beeping. turn the computer back off, replace the ram and then turn it back on again, this should give you video output if the screen isn't faulty

Hi sarwankuma5,
The easiest way to fix this problem is to perform a power drain. Please follow the instructions below.
1. Turn off the system completely.
2. Unplug the AC adapter from the power outlet.
3. Remove the battery from the unit.
4. Now, press and hold down the power button for about 15-20 seconds.
5. Put back the battery in and plug the AC adapter.
6. Reboot and observe the system.
Hope it helps.
Thank you for using FixYa.

Hi
some dells you have to press the FN+F2 keys to activate the wireless switch
some have a switch on the left side near the rear and that needs to be activated with the FN = that switch
most wireless switches has a picture of what looks like a mini satalite
so normally press the FN key plus the key with the satalite picture on or beside it
good luck
