Setting the time, day, date, ona Festina 16059/4 mens watch

I have the same problem. From various postings on the web it seems Festina does not supply a manual with their product. It is not on their web site either. Seems like very bad customer support to me. For a relatively expensive watch I would expect better.

The Festina site does not have the manual for the 6566. How do you set the date on a 6566 Festina?

Alhamdulillah, the problem solved (at last) tks to IRONMAN (http://www.fixya.com/support/t579677-instructions_mens_festina_watch_16095#SameProblemContinued)

The steps are like this :
1. Pull the crown full, and turn it clockwise until you find the right day.
2. and then push it one click (dont push it to hard so it back to normal position) and turn the crown counter clockwise to adjust date.
3. Push the small button near the crown to adjust month.

and voila... the problem solved

My cat watch shockmaster s1143 is delayed by 12hrs. the date indicator didnt match for the current day today. pls help.

When you set the time and date, you set it to (example:) 12 noon rather than 12 midnight. Just turn your time back by 12 hours.

How can I change the date without turning 24 hours ?

mcdevito75 here, Most day / Date or just date watches with a stem (winder) even if they are quartz have a 2 position stem. Smply slip a fingernail under the crown and lift to it"s first position, this should allow you to change the date with haveing to go the 24 hours but remember the date cahnges at 12--1 Midnite, Best bet, change the date to the date before the date you want then go the 24 hours this way the date will change at midnite and not 12 noon.
