Hello! im sending you this message because i am having a HUGE problem with my phone: sony ericsson S500i. before having this phone, i had a Nokia, so i though that it could have a security code because my Nokia phone had a security code. i tried, and tried, but i didn't succeed. after that, i had to go on an airplane, so i turned my phone off forgetting that i put a phone lock code. when i turned it back on, it asked me for my phone lock code, and i forgot what my phone lock code was, so i couldn't go on my phone. PLEASE HELP ME!!! i think my code was bffs4eve, but i tried that and it didn't work. WHAT SHOULD I DO??? i sent a message to a sony ericsson center and they didn't answer me back, and i tried the phone lock code more than three times, did it get blocked? im in ghana, in africa. i dont think their are dealers here though. what should i do??

Download setool. Install this software on your computer. Then connect your phone with computee with usb cable. Follow the instructions given in the software. Then you can see your phone lock code on computer through setool.

U should get your PUK no. from customer care of your service provider.and then u will asked to reset your code.(u can tell your relative to call and get the PUK no.)

I cant send text messages....... I have been sending messages untill 17sep..The moment I press [send] the screen goes black and re-switches on again.I can receive text messages. I can send picture messages...

Switch the phone off. Press and hold three keys together, the green key, the * key and the number '3'. While you are holding these keys, switch the phone on. Don't release these three keys before you see the Nokia logo. or dial *#7370# . This will delete the memory of your phone. Remove first your memory card.

Go to Message Settings
delete Message Center Number
Restart Phone
Again recheck your sim message center number

Texts wont send

just delete all items from outbox , sent items. switch off, remove the battery, again put the battery n switch on. test wether u r able to send sms now. i hope this helps

well..
if im you, id prefer to transfer my file to the phone using bluetooth connection..
it might be a little slower, but still, its easier..
try it.
