Hi. i have just got a HP Photosmart 2575 and tried to install on my P.C. It comes up with 4 reasons why installation cannot continue and they are::: slbcsp.dll Registry key does not exist and is required for installation to continue Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Cryptography\Defaults\Provider\Schlumberger Cryptographic Service Provider sccbase.dll Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Cryptography\Defaults\Provider\\InfineonSICRY PT Base Smart Card CSP gpkcsp.dll Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Cryptography\Defaults\Provider\Gemplus GemSAFE Card CSP v 1.0 Enum Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum Would be greatful if anyone can let me know how to fix this problem as tried to install numerous times and fails every time..... Uninstall the existing printer drivers first before you try a reinstall.

What i suspected is true now...I'm 100% sure the disk you are trying
to install is not Compatible for Windows Vista.I will provide you the
link and you can download and install the printer.Before you download i need you to do following steps that i recommend.
1.Disconnect the printer form PC.
2.Click start - control panel - programs and features.Check if you have any printer software, if u see them, uninstall it.if NO, dont worry.
3.Restart the PC.
4.Download the file by clicking in the link below.

I also tried the download link that another person who said it had solved his exact problem, but i ony get directed to another screen where it says cinnection problem and my connection is fine so if anyone knows the address for me to be able to download a version that will work on vista please can you let me know......
