This probably happened first thing in the morning when turned on lets try to reset power the machine off using the switch inside the front door not the one on the panel now press and hold utility button down and turn machine on keep the utility button pressed until the trouble reset light comes on press the trouble reset it should flash ok now using the switch inside the door power the unit off wait about thirty seconds and power back on this should fix the problem if not you will need a tech to come out good luck

C3851: Abnormal Low Temp. (Heater)
1. Turn OFF the Main Power Switch.
2. Turn Main Power Switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the Main Power Switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.

c3852 means low fuser(hot section) temp setting. hold down utility or stop key, then you should be abel to do trouble reset. if problem persist it would most likely be a lamp or a sensor, which will require a technician to come out.

Most likely there is paper stuck in the very back behind one of the trays. Take both trays out and see if there is any paper jammed (could be a small piece). Put trays back in but leave them open, turn off the printer, unplug it, wait 5 minutes, plug it back in, turn it back on and push in the trays.
