lost the users manual???
in it is the schematic,
and on said schematic is what kills spark dead.
1: oil switch bad.
2:kill switch bad.
3: wires too those cut or shorted.

Are there any faults listed on the control display? If display is dark then likely a battery issue. Check battery voltage with a Digital Multi Meter (DMM). It should be at least 12.5VDC.
OC is Over Crank which generally means it cranked and cranked and failed to start. Turning the switch off and on again is the way to clear the fault. How long is it taking to start whilst cranking? It should start within 8 seconds
there are some magnets behind the flywheel to cause the battery charging system to recharge the batt. sometimes they come unbonded/loose from the flywheel and cause the engine to become hard to turn. I would start there first.
Did you check the remote terminals and relay in the ATS, disconnect gen remote wires, kill the ATS brealer and ohm across the start terminals, they should close, if not a relay/control board issue, if they do fault is in wiring or gen control, or incorrect wiring
