Carousel out of alignment

I purchased my CX995V a few weeks ago and it's my second of the kind. Evidently during shipping it was roughed up and the carousel is just out of alignment enough to make disc loading and unloading virtually impossiable into the disc reader. I purchased it on ebay from a person and I contacted him and he said he never had a problem like that. As with ebay, all sales are as is which I understand so I'm stuck for now. I've taken the top cover off but cant see a manual adjust for the carousel. Does anyone know how I could manually adjust the carousel to get it back into alignment? Thanks

James

Instructions are in the service manual to do the pop-up and table sensor adjustment but when the mechanism starts to grab a disc it has already locked onto to a slot. I don't think it possible with the lockpins on the turntable to get stuck between two slots the spacing is just to tight.

Iorder a iphone nano 2 weeks ago and i never resiv it

Usually, you can see if the seller has already shipped the item, and if there is a tracking number associated with the purchase.

If you have already paid for the item (2 weeks ago), and the seller hasn't shipped it (... as shown in the item status info), send an inquiry eBay message to the seller (using the Action drop-down menu - contact seller) .... to find out if & when it has been sent.
If it is an international sale/shipment, it may take longer to get it, as indicated in the shipping time estimates provided (with the item info).
Yes, some sellers don't send their items out too quickly.
And if you don't hear from the seller or still hasn't received it in 3 weeks, you'll want to open a case ... to get eBay to intervene on your behalf . The case must be open within 4 weeks of purchase.

Kodak Ektagraphic AF -2 carousal not rotating

Given the age of the projector, I suspect that the solenoid link is broken. The link joins the solenoid plunger to the cycle lever. The good news is you can still buy parts for your projector. www.micro-tools.com purchased the entire projector parts inventory from Kodak a few years ago. They can also help you with instructions to install the parts, or if you prefer, hook you up with a trained service technician to perform the repair for you. Good Luck! Jim

How and where can i renew my paaport and how long will it take

I just did this a few months ago. it was fairly easy, just call your local post office and ask when their passport hours are, and visit during those hours. bring your old passport and whatever other materials they need (birth certificate, drivers license, social security card) There will be a large fee (mine was around 150) and then shipping and processing usually takes 4 to 8 weeks(mine was 6)

I bought my Harrier 2.4 yr2001 two months ago for a used car dealer. During the few initial test drives my friend and I did not suspect anything wrong with the engine and everthing seems just fine. After...

The initial thing that i see is your vehicle is too young to show that type os code.the two digit code 23 has not been used since 1995.It's an obd1 code.Your vehicle has obd2 class diagnostics on board. The code would be po171 or po172 for example. I would get a second opinion if i were you .Try running a few tanks of premium fuel. This can often wake up an o2 sensor by cleaning it up a bit.Hope this information helps,

AF-3 carousel, lamp on but light guard prevents picture

Based on your description, I suspect the coil spring that tensions the "dark shutter" has either broken or has popped off it's mount. To be absolutely sure, take your projector to a factory-trained repair dealer.

Same problem - carousel won't turn

Take the cover off of DVD player and get a Qtip and alcholol. Clean the head glass thing that reads the DVD and it will work fine. Just be gentle. This has happened a few times and works great. It is just dirty.

You might get away with just using the Qtip if you dont have cleaning alcholol.

IT WILL WORK.

X box 360 red ring

You can go to any Best Buy and go to Customer Service. They'll be able to look up if you purchased their PRP. If you did purchase this plan, they'll be able to exchange the unit for you on the spot.

Unfortunately, if you didn't go with the plan, you might have to contact Microsoft support and ship out the Xbox for a few weeks to get repaired.

DV-C302D - Carousel not opening

First. Unplug the DVD for 30 seconds, plug back in and turn set on, sometimes it helps. Second, some CDs may have some rough spots around the inner and outer edges. If your DVD has it, this unit may reject the CD. To remove these rough spots, rub the edges with a pencil or ball-point pen, etc.
