your wand has a variable nozzle...you can turn the nozzle on your wand to adjust the width of the spray pattern...You can also push it out or pull it in from hi to low pressure....You need to pull it to low pressure so that it draws chemical through your chem injector. Good luck
Pressure washers usually will not draw soap on high pressure setting. Switch wand or set wand to lower setting. Pin hole leak in soap line can also cause problem.
there should be a low presure tip for dispensing wash cleaner or if you have an adjustable wand turn it to low presure setting also make sure the suction tube is open some have a adjustable filter...good luck
Put the tube into a bucket with detergent that is recommended for your machine then put the wand into low pressure mode and if it has a valve where the hose connects turn the valve to the on position and pull trigger and watch to see if soap starts being drawn out of the soap bottle if it starts pulling the soap up continue to allow it to flow till you get your part soaked with soap, then let it set for 10 minutes then hit it with high pressure hose to wash off, when it is clean then put it on low pressure and pull hose out of bucket with soap and then allow the soap to be pulled out of tube and until there is no longer any soap coming out then store the hose for use later. some machines have a control valve at the end of the wand by turning the tip or pushing tip in or pulling it out some models requires you to use quick disconnect fan tips to lower pressure to use soap.
Not sure about the McCulloch , but most pressure washers will only draw the soap in low pressure mode. either turn or pull the nosel on the end of the lance to switch to low pressure. I hope this helps.
Your pressure washer has a knob on the front that lets you choose between tank 1 or tank 2. Tank 1 is the larger of the two tanks. Make sure you have the knob set to position 1. Also, you will find that when you have the wand set to high pressure, the tank will not work as well. When you want to spray soap, spray with the low pressure setting. You can set the pressure to low by pulling out the nozzle on the front of the wand. Pushing it back in is high pressure.
I had the same problem on the same unit. All you need to do is pull out the front tip of the gun nozzle to engage the soap dispenser. It's as simple as that, but because there is only a tiny footprint mention of this in the instructions, it turns out to be a long drawn out problem for many of us. Hope this helps.
