I have a paid for 9320 CW that does not keep the date and time. Other settings that are static such as the name/fax number/etc are retained so I am guessing it is a battery thing. Is this battery replaceable and where is it located? Thank you

Putting the machine in Maintenance Mode will allow clearing all memory, but will also allow you to enter things which can totally mess up your machine, so be careful here...
Entering maintenance mode, method 1:
From normal ready state, enter:
Menu
* (Star on phone keypad)
2
8
6
4
[You MUST touch all those buttons within 2 seconds, or the machine will just leave you in the menus somewhere. If you slow down to let it finish beeping, you'll miss it. Press Stop and try it again, faster. Look for the word MAINTENANCE on the display, and/or all light flashing together.]
Some Brother models dont use method 1; they require Method 2:
Menu
Black Start
Up-arrow
Up-arrow
Up-arrow
Up-arrow
Success is indicated the same way as in Method 1. Try either method to see what works.
Once in Maintenance Mode, you have two choices. For either one, just enter the two-digit number. You don't touch Start or Enter, just the two digits.
91 Clears all memory except your phone directory and a few important things like that.
01 Clears everything, leaving your machine just like when you first unboxed it.
99 Takes the machine out of Maintenance Mode. It will take a minute to go through its entire startup routine, as if you'd just plugged it in.
Testimonial: "this time to fix my printer was so easy and fast I am realy happy whit the service."

found out there is a battery assembly LG6167001 -is this something I can replace?
Found a PDF with parts list AND blow up diagram of where battery assembly (was 3.6 V 600 nAh NiMH battery. Easy to get to. unscrew one screw on left side cover in the back and GENTLY pry off enough to get to battery in left lower back. Battery Plus store had similar battery. Had to pop plastic assembly off end of battery and with shrink cover over each wire plug them into the printer wires. Has kept time so far after 10 hrs.
