Comdial 7260-00 can't turn off dnd

Probably Call forwarded or on DND

With the Comdial Impact 8012S and a few other models, the DND feature is toggled on and off through the menu system as follows:
1) Select Options (the right-most button below the LCD screen)
2) Press Next (use that right button again) until DND appears as the current option.
3) Select DND (by pressing the left-most button).
4) Select OFF (by pressing the middle button).
5) Select Exit (the right-most button, again)
6) Press Speaker to end the programming mode. The speaker button is on the body of the phone towards the right and bottom of the keypad. The exact position depends on the model.

Feature 4 puts it into and takes it out of DND

Leave the headset on the hook, hit the "FEATURE" button and then 4.

When calling your Voicemail and getting AA press * . Ext 70. Input password follow the instructions for box 800

it sounds like you have the DND or do not disturb button down

i cant get my DND off...

DND feature is 85.
To cancel DND press FEATURE # 8 5 on the set with the issue.

Feature 69 is for priority calling...
